Jones Beach Holiday Light Spectacular
November 20th through January 3rd you can immerse yourself in the holiday spirit with over 2.5 miles of the holiday scenery that makes this the most wonderful time of the year. With over 150 light displays, Holiday Lights Spectacular creates a magical winter wonderland on Long Island. The Holiday Village will make its return this year inside the park. The Holiday Village is a heated area with fun for everyone including picture taking with Santa, a make your own s ‘mores station, holiday themed refreshments and snacks, performances from local school choirs on select nights, holiday music, holiday movies and more! Saturday, November 14th. Our Christmas Animated Children's story opens. Nov. 27th – Dec. 23rd Meet Santa in-person! Don’t forget to bring your camera! Santa’s hours are: Monday-Friday 1pm-4pm and 5pm-8pm; Saturday & Sunday 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm. Santa’s Reindeers arrive on Saturday, November 28th – December 22nd during store hours which are, beginning November 27th, Monday-Saturday 8am-9pm, Sundays 8am-8pm.

Bayville Winter Wonderland  
Nov 27th – Jan 3rd (closed Christmas Eve & day) times vary click here for schedule. $22 per person Admission includes: Santa's Toy Factory Funhouse, Captain Bay's Yo Ho Holiday Light Show, Bayville Holiday Express Train Ride, A Magical Meeting with Santa, Arctic Ice Skating Adventure, Bradley Bay's Rock Climbing, Holiday Character Meet and Greet, Holiday Arts and Crafts, Holiday Story Telling. Picture and letter from Santa are extra. They have an arcade, indoor rock climbing and the Beaches and Cream Soda Shop. Miniature golf and Ropes Course - weather permitting.
 
Seaford Harbor Christmas Boat Parade
Saturday Dec 5th 6pm 
The annual Seaford Harbor Boat Parade is this Saturday Dec. 5th. The festivities will begin around 5:30 at Caps dock so come on down and help us kick off the holiday season "harbor style"

Boardwalk Lights Long Beach
Friday, November 27, 2015 - Sunday, January 17, 2016 5:00 PM to 9pm
Boardwalk lights is a free holiday nautical themed light show display on the boardwalk. Families looking for a little sparkle during the holiday season are invited to stroll the boardwalk and then visit the great local restaurants and shops throughout the city.The festivities kick off from Long Beach Blvd to Magnolia Blvd and will be open every evening from 5:00pm to 9:00pm through mid-January. Lights will also be displayed throughout the city on Park
Avenue, the West End, East End & Canal Bridges. 

Mangano Announces Free Photos with Santa at Old Bethpage Village
Every Saturday beginning November 28th through December 19th from 10am to 4pm at Old Bethpage Village Restoration. While some venues are eliminating Christmas trees and traditional decorations, Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano announces free photos with Santa – including a Christmas tree and traditional decorations.  To celebrate Chanukah, Nassau County is hosting a Menorah lighting ceremony on December 7th at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building in Mineola. Additionally, a Kwanzaa Celebration will take place on December 30th. Old Bethpage Village Restoration is located at 1303 Round Swamp Road in Old Bethpage


Nassau County Christmas Village on Milburn Lake
Thursday December 11th 5:30 PM Kickoff Tree Lighting, Sunday December 14th 12-6PM
Friday December 19th 4-8PM, Saturday December 20th 12-8PM, Sunday December 21st 12-6PM. There is no entry fee for this event, however some of the activities and food will have a charge. They will have a variety of different activities such as: a bounce castle (heated tent), ice carving demonstrations, gingerbread building demonstrations, wood carving demonstrations. There will be horse and carriage rides as well as a many different shopping opportunities. They will also have a build a bear station as well as some different arts and crafts for the children. Also they will be serving some delicious treats like hot dogs, crepes, waffles, hot pretzels and the famous Peter's Clam Bar clam chowder. We'll have performances from local schools in the area as well. The prices for different activities are not yet determined, but will be made clear at the event.

Freeport’s Nautical Mile of Lights Boat Parade
Friday Dec. 11th 8pm The annual Nautical Mile of Lights Boat Parade will be held on Friday December 11th. Capt. Cooke will be at the helm of the Miss Freeport V for this Freeport Tradition! Give us a call (516)378-0555 or stop by our office at 85 Woodcleft Ave to confirm your reservations. Adults: $10.00; Children $5.00. Free warm apple cider (as it lasts) and snack bar on board.

Girl Scout of Long Island Holiday Light 
December 11th and through until December 23rd between 5 PM and 9 PM. Long Islands Best & Brightest Light Show!!! Drive Through a mile-long wooden trail filled with dazzling displays. Cost is $20 per car.  Purchase tickets by December 10 and save on the service fee. 

Oyster Bay Old Fashion Market
Saturday Dec 12th 1pm – 6pm
Popup holiday market in the Village Center at the gazebo, music, Santa, hot coco, and popcorn stringing. There will also be Free carriage rides 1pm-4pm, holiday market 3pm-6pm, Tree lighting 5pm. Click here for more information 

Old Bethpage Village Restoration Candlelight Evenings  
December 17, 18, 19 & 20 5:00pm-9:30pm This annual event is one of the most loved and beautiful events that we hold. Come visit the village as it would have been in the winter evenings. Half of the Village is lit up by candlelight and each building has some form of entertainment which can be found within. From singing, to dancing, and broom making demonstrations to an interactive storytelling/sing-along, there is something for everyone.
